Fast response from seller. Well packed. Great value. The bigger stone satisfies the clarity and colour but no inclusions. Still an excellent lab emerald.
NO CERTIFICATE is included, please keep this in mind. The presentation is poor and not very reliable.
The order arrived complete. What bothered me was that i asked if they could give me an emerald with inclusions. They said yes, but when it arrived, it didn't have any. So i appreciate that they told me the truth and told me no, that their request was impossible, and that was it (frankly). In short, it's an excellent product, but the customer service wasn't the best, as they didn't tell me the truth.
